A. Through ONE QUOTE, customers can enjoy instant quotation without waiting and book a shipment in one go online. In addition, customers will able to see the price breakdown with better transparancy as well as being able to track all of ONE QUOTE bookings in a dashboard. Last but not least, exclusively on ONE QUOTE, customers also have the option to purchase value added services such as "Special Promotion Services","Premium Cargo Service" and "Additional Freetime Purchase". Q. How do I make a booking on ONE QUOTE?

Q. Is ONE QUOTE available as a mobile app?

A. Yes, it is available on mobile app as well. Pls download here

Q. Can I share my ONE QUOTE quotation to multiple email address other than the registered email address?

A. The quotation is tied to a registered customer ID and can only be applied to the affiliated customer with the ID.

Q. Can I see all of my bookings with ONE on ONE QUOTE?

A. Yes, you can see all of your ONE bookings (not just ONE QUOTE Bookings) under "SHIPMENT OVERVIEW" on eCommerce. To view ONE QUOTE bookings only, simply select "Booking channel" as "ONE QUOTE" and you will find your ONE QUOTE Booking. For details, pls refer to our Tutorial Video.

Q. What should I do if rates are not appearing for my routing?

A. There will be a chatbot in ONE QUOTE to make an inquiry. In the chatbot window, please select the category of your inquiry and provide details for which our ONE staff will provide assistance. For details, please refer to our Tutorial Video.

Q. How can I submit shipping documents, such as VGM, for ONE QUOTE bookings?

A. Please refer to our eCommerce "DOCUMENTATION" tab to proceed with the submission. Here is a Tutorial Video for guidance as well.

Coverage

Q. Which origin/destination (trades) are supported by ONE QUOTE?

A. Please refer to Service Coverage. For more details, Port Pair List is available on ONE QUOTE main page. You can simply go to "Port Pair List" menu and find the available ONE QUOTE port pairs.

Q. Which types of cargo, container, and commodities are supported by ONE QUOTE?

A. DRY 20, DRY 40, DRY 40H, REEFER 20, REEFER 40, and REEFER 40H for a general FAK commodity is supported by ONE QUOTE. DG and Special Cargo are currently not available. If you wish to have a quotation for cargo type that is not supported by ONE QUOTE, please contact our Local Offices to follow up on your requirement.

Q. Which countries have access to ONE QUOTE?

A. Please refer to here for the list of countries that have access to ONE QUOTE.

Q. Is inland routing supported by ONE QUOTE?

A.Yes, Inland route is in the line up for ONE QUOTE but currently not Door term is covered.

Q. Is door delivery available on ONE QUOTE?

A. Currently, only CY/CY term is supported by ONE QOUTE.

Booking

Q. Will I still be able to make a booking request through the usual channel instead of ONE QUOTE?

A. Yes, you can. Please go to our existing eCommerce to proceed to booking.

Q. Can I combine ONE QUOTE bookings and regular bookings?

A. No, the quotation offered in ONE QUOTE is specifically and exclusively for ONE QUOTE bookings. Combining bookings is not allowed even between ONE QUOTE bookings.

Q. Will I still be able to amend the booking after I have received a booking confirmation?

A.Yes, you can request for amendment through a support window via chatbot with an amendment fee applicable. Please find the details in our Terms and Conditions and the necessary steps in our tutorial video here.

Q. Can I cancel my ONE QUOTE booking?

A. Yes. you can. You can cancel your bookings in eCommcere under "Shipment Overview" or "Booking Status" screen. However, cancellation fee maybe be applicable. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.

Q. Will I be able to track my ONE QUOTE bookings?

A. Yes, you can. To track your ONE QUOTE booking, please go to our eCommerce website, select Track and Trace from the side menu and then Cargo Tracking. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Quotation

Q. How long are the rates offered on ONE QUOTE valid for?

A. As ONE QUOTE is for spot bookings, the rates are only valid for the vessel/schedule you have selected at the time of the quotation.

Q. Can I request to extend the validity of the rates offered on ONE QUOTE?

A. No, you cannot. As ONE QUOTE only offers spot bookings, the rates are only valid for the vessel/schedule you selected at the time of the quotation.

Q. How frequently are rates refreshed on ONE QUOTE?

A. The rates are dynamically refreshed and there is no fixed update cycle.

Q. Are rates offered on ONE QUOTE negotiable?

A. No, they are non-negotiable.

Q. I have an existing contract with ONE; can I use the contract rate for my ONE QUOTE booking?

A. No, it is not possible. In case you'd like to make a booking with an existing contract, please go to our existing eCommerce page to proceed.

Q. What charges are included in the ONE QUOTE rates?

A.You can see the breakdown of charges in the freight summary as well as in the order summary when you submit the booking request in ONE QUOTE. Alternatively, you can find which charges are applicable for a specific port pair via the Surcharge Search. For details, please refer to our ONE QUOTE's terms and conditions.

Q. Are ONE QUOTE rates subject to any additional charges?

A.Once it is confirmed, there will be basically no additional as manifested charge . Howerver there will be cases that additional charges or fees may be applicable depending on the condition (e.g Heavy weight surcharges). All information about rates can be found in the terms and conditions, or please refer to the Surcharge Search to see all the applicable charges for a port pair.

Q. What kinds of fees and charges should I expect for ONE QUOTE?

A. Please refer to our terms and conditions for details. In addition, please note all the applicable charges for a port pair is available for viewing in the Surcharge Search.

Q. Is free time included in the quotation for detention and demurrage?

A. No, it is not. The tariff condition in each location at origin/destination will be applied. Please refer to our demurrage and detention tariff here.
Alternatively, you can purchase addtional 'Free Time’ at a discount. Please check the ‘Port Pair list’ on ONE QUOTE and see the port pairs where we offer ‘Freetime’.

Additional Service

Q. What is included in the "Premium Cargo Service"/"Special Promotion Service"?

A. Space and equipment will be secured for your booking with priority. The details of the conditions can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Q. If I purchased "Premium Cargo Service"/"Special Promotion Service" but my cargo was rolled, what will happen?

A. ONE will compensate the customers by following ONE QUOTE's Terms and Conditions, which please find it here.

Q. Can I purchase any additional free time for detention and demurrage?

A. ONE QUOTE offers additional free time at a discount, which is available for purchase during the booking stage. Please check the ‘Port Pair list’ on ONE QUOTE and see the port pairs where we offer ‘Freetime’.

Payment

Q. How will the payment be done for ONE QUOTE bookings?

A. Payment will be processed during the B/L handling stage, which is the same as our current procedure for manual and EDI bookings.

FMC

Q. Why is LOA (Letter of Authorization & eSignature registration is required?

A. ONE needs to have an evidence that the Price Owner or Cargo owner authorized an agent to act on their behalf. This is the reason why the authorized signatory of LOA is only the Price Owner. Even without Agent to authorized, the Price Owner or Cargo Owner needs to authorized certain individual to be a representative of the company when dealing with FMC shipmeents and using ONE QUOTE platform. eSignature is required to eliminate the physical requirement of signing the contract prior FMC filing. ONE will be filing the contract automatically to FMC website once the Booking has been submitted via ONE QUOTE platform.

Q. Do I need to submit LOA everytime I want to place of Booking in ONE QUOTE?

A. The Letter of Authority and eSignature is valid for a maximum of 1 year. However any adjustments / changes to the approved LOA will require submission of new LOA and for previously approved LOA will be expired. Only 1 LOA is accepted within the specific validity period. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Q. What is the pre-requisite of LOA submission for each customer Type?

A. BCO Customer Type: This type of Customer is able to submit LOA without any pre-requisite as long as the Digital LOA , Hard Copy LOA under Company Letter Head is uploaded with same information as digitial LOA and identification of Authorized eCommerce UserID who will be submitting BKG via ONE QUOTE Non-BCO Customer Type: This type of Customer requires to have FMC Org # provided by Federal Maritime Commission of US prior to LOA submission. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Q. Who is able to submit eSignature as part of FMC requirements?

A. Only the "Authorized eCommerce Users" from the submitted LOA is able to submit eSignature. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Q. When can I submit eSignature?

A. Only upon submission of LOA and if you received a notification requiring submission of eSignature. This means that you are selected as "authorized eCommerce user" mentioned in the LOA. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Q. How long should I wait for the LOA or eSignature to be approved?

A. Validation and processing of LOA and eSignature will take about 2-3 days. You will received a notification once Approved or rejected due to incomplete, invalid or missing information from the submitted request. For more details, you can also refer to our Tutorial Video for guidance.

Q. How to add an autohrized person in eCommerce during the LOA process?

A. Please refer to the eCommerce User Guide for LOA, page 3

Q. Am I able to submit multiple LOA?

A. Only 1 LOA is accepted within the specific validity perod and special Customer Type selected, either as Price Owner or Agent.

Q. Why am I not able to proceed with quotation search in ONE QUOTE for Transpacific Eastbound

A. System have a logic to validate if LOA and eSignature are submitted and in approved status before allowing Customers to search for Quotation under Transpacific Eastbound. If Customers have not submitted this pre-requisite, please refer to eCommerce platform and refer to FMC Requirement Guideline

Q. Can we use the Service Contract contract condition for other bookings?

A. No. The ONE QUOTE contract is only applicable to the specific booking placed by the shipper according to the condition specified in the booking including but not limited to Vessels, Routes, Inland Routes, Equipment Type, Commodity, Weight.
